Refunds and Returns
We always make sure that your products that you order are in excellent high condition before packing up and delivering. If you are unhappy with your order when you receive it, please feel free to contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please remember to include your order number within the email.
If there are any damages to your order we may ask for photo evidence. If we feel that the product is still useable, we may not allow a return/refund or exchange. However, if you return a damaged order back to us, then we will. You are to pay postage costs and are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
If you are wanting a refund/exchange of a product because you are just not happy, we will only accept the order back if ALL products are unopened. We can not give a refund or exchange if the order has been open. Also, you must be responsible for posting the order back to us.
If you are refunded, you will only be refunded for the product price not the postage price.
The only products we do not accept exchanges, refunds or returns on are sale items, heavily discounted items.
We currently use Royal Mail Services to post your orders. We use 2nd Class, but if you are wanting 1st Class, please get in touch.
We currently only deliver within the UK and Ireland.
Our postage costs £2.50.
